Step 1: Request a quote

To start the process of getting your miniatures ready for your tabletop or display case, you will need to submit information about your miniatures for us to provide you with a quote.

To apply for a quote, just send us an email at info@colorsofbattle.com formatted as shown below. We recommend looking at the pages linked below to get a sense of what we offer and to what level of detail you want us to prepare your miniatures.

Once you are familiar with what we can do for your models, write us an email formatted as follows

Are we purchasing the miniatures for you, or are you shipping them to us yourself?

Give details about if and how you would like us to prime and varnish your models

Give details about if and how you would like us to assemble and base your models

What painting level do you want this squad/model painted to?

Tell us how you want your minis painted! Give information about color scheme, specific details, and decals.

Continue adding new models and squads to the list in the SAME FORMAT until you are finished with the order. We recommend copying the above format directly into your email, and then replacing the bolded parts with your own information. Then send the email over to us for evaluation. You can expect a response within 5 business days.

Once we are satisfied with the order, having clarified any missing details with you over email, we will send you back a quote with a breakdown of the specific prices of your order including shipping, supplies, and processing fees.

PLEASE NOTE: All quotes expire after a 30-day period.

Step 2: Place your order and put down deposit

Once we have confirmed all the order details, we will send you a link to pay the first deposit for the minis. This deposit will be 50% of the total cost of the order.

Step 3: Deliver your minis

Once the deposit is paid, we will then either arrange local pick-up or shipping options.

Step 4: Confirm completion

As we work on your miniatures, we will send you updates on how the work is going, including pictures showing the current state of your miniatures. Once we finish the miniatures, we will then send detailed pictures of the completed miniatures. Once we have made any corrections to the miniatures that you request and you have approved how the miniatures look, we will then proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Make final payment

Once you have approved how the minis look, we will send you another payment link so that you can complete the second payment for your miniatures. We will then arrange either local shipping or delivery to return your models.
